Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
(Note: Custom or personalized products may require an additional 2-3 days for printing and processing).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders above ₹999!
Standard Shipping: For orders under ₹999, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time within India is generally 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.
Damages or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
